Dialects  Considered by some the same language as Puimei Naga [npu]. Lexical similarity: 68% with Puimei Naga.

Comments  Speakers known as ‘Inpui’. ‘Kabui’ is used by others, and is the government name for Inpui and Rongmei. Kabui recognized as Scheduled Tribe combining Inpui and Rongmei. Agriculturalists; hunters: trappers. Christian.
